Is there car parking?

Yes, we have a car park right by the lake and reception for you to use Free of Charge 


What happens if there is Thunder and Lightning?

If Thunder and Lightning comes along all activities will be stopped for 30 minutes. Once it has cleared the activities will resume. If any activities are cancelled due to Thunder and Lightning, you may be offered a chance to rebook or a refund, depending on the circumstances. 


What is Cable Wakeboarding?

Cable Wakeboarding is a towed surface water sport where the rider has a board on their feet and holds onto a handle attached to a rope which is pulled by an electrically driven cable.


What is a consent form and why do I have to sign one?

We ask all customers to complete a consent form to acknowlege they are taking part in a dangerous activity, and acknowledge they realise there is a chance they can get injured and understand the risks involved. 

Whilst we take every care to ensure the activities are as safe as they can be, sometimes people will get hurt. 

All users of our facilities must acknowlede the risks and complete a consent form before using the facilities. Parents must sign for children aged 5 - 17. Anyone without a valid consent form will not be alloweed on the water. 



Do you have changing facilities?

Yes we do have changing facilities. We have 5 individual changing cubicles, however we alway advise participants turn up, as if they were going to the beach. 


Is there anywhere to get food and drink afterwards?

Yes. There is an onsite cafe and restaurant just a short walk away, offering many different options. 


What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes things happen to stop you attending your sessions. The more notice you give us, the more likely we are to be able to help you. 

Our Cancellation policy is as follows: 
3+Days Prior - Full Refund 
1-2 Days Prior - 50% Refund
On the Day - NO Refunds. 

If you find you have to cancel on the day due to sickness. We will offer you a gift voucher to use another time, as long as you let us know before 9:30am. Please do NOT turn up and ask for a refund just before your activity is due to start. 


Do I have to accompany my children?

All children aged 5-8 will need to be accompanied on the water, excluding Wakeboarding, Waterskiing and Kids Club where you will not need to take part. 


Can I wear shoes?

We recommend footwear but this is not required, you can go in with bare feet if you would like to. 


Do I have to be able to swim?

Yes. Any person entering the water must be able to swim 25m unaided. The only exception to this is for the Pirate Adventure and Pedalos where you will not go in the water. 



How do I know Water Quality is ok?

The Lake is water tested regularly to ensure the safety of all of our customers.



Do you have lockers?

We do not currently have lockers, however you can keep your items in your car, and reception will look after your keys for you.
